Final House Update Before Move-In

We have a tentative close date scheduled for next week - Tuesday, April 29! There are only a few little things to finish...most of them minor. However, we did get sod yesterday followed by tons of rain today. You'd think that would be a good thing but, we got so much rain that the sod in the back yard started washing away. Because of this, the builder has to bring in dirt, do some regrading and fix the sod tomorrow or Monday. We are getting more and more excited and can't wait to move next weekend!
