Nate and I had a weekend at home again. Nate was in Orlando for work last week so we took the weekend to get our life and home back in order. Nate rested his ankle/foot quite a bit since it wasn’t in the best shape after four flights and three consecutive days of standing in Orlando. Since we were at home, I decided to paint another bathroom. After the tough color decision, I settled on brown...again. Had I already decided that brown was going to be the most logical color to tie the master bed and bath together, I probably would have painted the downstairs half-bath a different color but, regardless, I’m very happy with both. While I hate taping, painting and finishing the touch-ups, I really love when painting projects are done and rooms take on completely different looks!
Besides ankle resting and painting, we had a little time to go on a dinner/movie date Friday and out to dinner with friends on Saturday. We were also able to watch the Super Bowl with Nate’s coworker-buddy and his family which was fun. Overall, a productive and relaxing weekend.
