And just like that, we've hit the third trimester! This is seriously the fastest pregnancy in history which I think I can attribute to two things - 1) I'm chasing after a toddler every day and 2) I've felt so great this pregnancy. We are getting so excited to meet our new little dude but I'm trying to take each day as it comes and enjoy every minute of our remaining time as a family of three!
Besides the fact that we are now in the third trimester - the home stretch - I also had my 28 week appointment last week which included my glucose test. Thankfully, I haven't received a call to schedule a follow-up test which means that I passed. Whew! We also got to see the babe during our sonogram - he is measuring just under three pounds, about a week ahead of schedule. He was super-active (typical) so we didn't get very many great pics but we did get to see a couple sweet yawns. We also found out that he is currently breach...what I thought was his little rump in my side has actually been his head. That also explains the all the jabs to my bladder...the little stinker has been jumping on me for weeks.
