Weekend

This weekend was spent at home with friends and family! Friday night, our family of three went to dinner with Jeff & Brittany at a new BBQ place in Westport called Char Bar. We don't typically take Graham when we go downtown, but he did great...he's getting good at this date thing! And, he's been so outgoing with people lately - it's hilarious! When we were leaving the restaurant he showed off his manners to the hostesses..."thanks for the food...and thanks for everything!"

Saturday, we had a lazy morning, which was amazing! Nate went to he gym so Graham and I made breakfast and watched cartoons. Jeremy was picking Courtney up from the airport that evening so he came down a few hours early and he and Nate went to Bass Pro and Cabellas. Graham and I opted for a play date with Morley. :) Morley got a new trampoline for Christmas so she and Graham spent the majority of their play date jumping. Graham was so sweaty and red-faced when we left - he had a blast!  Before Jeremy and Courtney headed home, we decided to go to hibachi. Graham was a big fan and even caught shrimp in his mouth! He kept asking the chef a million questions...including, "are you sure this will work" when the chef was making the onion/fire cone. I about died!

Sunday was spent running errands - including going by NFM to pick up our new coffee table! I had asked for NFM gift cards/money for Christmas so I could get a coffee table. I found the perfect one that matches our kitchen table - I love it - and it happened to be the cheapest one I found. Bonus! And...big news - Nate shaved his beard! Hallelujah!

My husband has his normal beard back - Oh Happy Day!!

Overall, it was a great weekend and I'm sad it's over, like every weekend. This week will be our first full week at work and daycare for a month...I'm sure we will all be ready for next week come Friday!
