Henderson Halloween

We had a week and weekend filled with fun Halloween festivities! From Halloween donuts to neighborhood "boo-ing"...trick-or-treating to hayrides - it was a great Halloween!

We got "boo-ed" by one of our neighbors - we came home to a Halloween goodie basket full of treats, glow sticks and slime (Graham's favorite)! In return, we boo-ed three more of of our neighbors to keep the fun going!

We also celebrated Halloween at gymnastics this week. The kiddos got to wear their costumes and go through a trick-or-treat obstacle course, getting prizes at each station.

Of course there was a Halloween party at daycare. Instead of sending sweet treats or candy, I decorated fruit cups. From a kids perspective - maybe it was a little lame...but, hopefully parents were thankful. :)

And, the main event - Halloween! We walked around the neighborhood with a group full of neighbors. Graham was one of the youngest so we pulled him around in his wagon. He went up to several houses but we ended up cutting the door-to-door short b/c it was so cold outside. It worked out perfectly b/c we drove over to Andee & Derek's and Megan's to trick-or-treat before it got too late.

The day after Halloween, we went to Gallatin b/c Nate and I had plans to attend an adult hayride with our G-town friends. Graham got to spend a little extra time with Grandma and Grandpa and was spoiled with all kinds of goodies.
