Happy 4th Birthday, Kambree!

This past weekend we celebrated Kambree's 4th birthday party! My parents came to town on Friday and stayed at our house which is always great - we love house guests! Mom and I got a little mother-daughter time on Friday evening - we went downtown to the Holiday Mart and shopped around while the boys went to dinner and hung out around the house. Saturday was the birthday party - Kambree had a princess-themed party, complete with a pink castle cake and lots of Frozen and Disney Princess presents. After the party we went to Brady's football game with the family. My parents ended up heading home after the game so Graham, Nate and I had a little relaxing family date night. We were craving Mexican food so we went to our favorite little restaurante and then rented a movie to watch at home. Graham and Nate weren't feeling the best on Saturday afternoon so a low-key night was just what the doctor ordered.

Everyone was feeling better on Sunday so we went to Overland Park to do a little shopping and then to a neighbors to watch the Chiefs' game. Graham had a blast playing with his neighbor buddies...Nate and I had just as much fun hanging out with our neighbor-friends, the ones we had met already and several new ones that we look forward to spending time with in the future!
