Pre-Holiday Family Time...With Choo Choos

Graham was the only kiddo at daycare today so we picked him up at noon to allow our provider to make an early Thanksgiving. We've heard about the model train exhibit at Union Station and I've been dying to take Graham given his insane love for "choo choos".

We started off the afternoon with lunch at Fritz's where trains deliver the food. I cannot even tell you how many times Graham, not said, but yelled, "CHOO CHOO!" And, he got to eat one of his favorite foods - a hot dog!

After lunch we walked over to Union Station through the skywalk to check out all the trains. Graham was in heaven...he could have stayed there all day long. It was such a great afternoon and the perfect start to our holiday weekend!

Side note - I just woke G up from an almost 3-hour nap and the first thing out of his mouth...yep, "choo choo!"
