5 Months

Our little Cash-ew is 5 months old (and now a couple weeks) - crazy!! He is such a smiley little boy and gets tickled if some just grins in his direction. Cash LOVES being talked to and watching his brother - if Graham is around, Cash's eyes are on him. This little guys does get bored pretty easy and, when he is ready for some attention, he's sure to let you know. :) We are thinking that he may be getting teeth soon b/c he has been chewing (vigorously!) on anything and everything and has becoming a little slobber-monkey. Other new developments for Cash - we have been testing out some food. So far he has had rice cereal, squash, sweet potatoes, apple and avocados. He hasn't loved any of them but eventually warmed up to apples and sweet potatoes. Cash has also decided that he wants to be difficult in the sleep department. He used to go down easily and sleep the entire night...since about 6-8 weeks old. Now, for about last month (or more), has been difficult to get down...and even more recently, has been waking up multiple times a night. He will occasionally give us a good night so mom and dad can recuperate, thank goodness...and, the past couple of nights have been fairly decent. Hopefully we are nearing the end of the 4-5-month sleep regression...sleep deprivation is NO joke! At least he's cute...am I right?! :)
