Family Weekend

We had an awesome weekend filled with lots of family time! We started the weekend with a couple cute house guests - Brady and Kambree came over to spend the night on Friday! The kiddos spent part of the evening playing school in Graham's room...I may or may not have been spying on them via Graham's video monitor. ;) So cute!

On Saturday, Nate, Graham and I went to brunch (we all love a good breakfast date) and then to the Liberty Fall Festival where we walked around, watched a little bit of the parade, played a couple games and went down the big slide. It was a beautiful day and a great way to take in some outdoor fall fun. After a family nap it was time for family date night - we went to the park and then a little Mexican restaurant tucked away in a strip mall by Zona Rosa that's quickly becoming one of our new favorite spots.

Graham had a blast at the park...he said about 20+ times, "this is awesome"....along with "this is awesome, like Graham!"

We went to Gallatin on Sunday for a family lunch to celebrate Nate and his brother, Jeremy's, birthdays. All of the grandparents, siblings and kiddos were there - I'm so glad b/c it had been way too long since we all had been together! Graham got to play not only with his cousins...but a litter of new kitties! He had a blast!

Before we left Gallatin, we ran by Lake Viking to see our Godson (and his sister and mom) since we are going to miss his birthday party next weekend. Kim and Worm just bought an awesome new home at the lake so we got to see that too...it's beautiful! It was great to see Brody and Hannah and catch up with Kim. (Missed you Wormy!) We don't get to see this little family nearly enough...love them!
