Productivity

We had a great, and much needed, weekend at home...it was just what the doctor ordered after a stressful week for both Nate and I. Nate, per usual, has been super-busy with work...and, may I add, kickin' butt! I am so proud of him, how hard he has worked and all of his accomplishments this year!! My week has been crazy as I'm adjusting to my new role after being promoted a couple weeks ago. I know with any new job, there is a learning period...I keep telling myself that this stressful time will pass; I'm just hoping sooner rather than later. :)

Needless to say, we were all excited when Friday afternoon rolled around! When we got home, we grilled turkey burgers for dinner and then went over to Andee and Derek's to chill and let the kiddos play...and have s'mores. Saturday morning consisted of cleaning the house and hanging out until Nate's parents got to town for a visit. We ate lunch and then played while Nate and Mike hung all of our blinds! A HUGE thanks for all the help!!! Sunday was spent relaxing, running errands and finishing up some things around the house before we had a play date with Morley and Will...and their families! It was a perfect weekend and prepared us for what is hopefully a less crazy week then the last. :)
