Cash is seven months old – whaaa?! He is so fun right now!
He absolutely LOVES his big brother and it is obvious that Graham feels the
same way. It is the cutest thing to watch them together and I hope they always
remain best friends! Cash loves his food too…and can be pretty demanding if you
start to take too long. He is also a big fan of being outside. With the
spring-like weather, Cash gets to hang (literally) in the front infant carrier
that we wear around. He is always so chill outside that our neighbors ask if he
ever makes noise. Cash is rolling around and it looks like he is considering
trying to crawl but he hasn’t yet…he prefers to be carried. J
I keep trying to savor every moment with him because I know
how fast this baby phase goes…and it is truly flying by. Even through the
difficult times – the sleep deprivation, having to pump multiple times a day, scrubbing
puke out of the carpet/couch/cloths/you name it – I keep telling myself that
this will soon be over and I’ll be missing all of the amazing things that are
also happening right now. I’ll miss that toothless gummy grin, those little ticklish
leg rolls, that giggle he gives so easily to his brother, the one-on-one feeding
time that he and I get first thing in the morning and right before bed, and the
“dadada” babbles that he’s become so proud of (as has his Daddy). Cash is such
a happy baby and, while I didn’t think it was possible, I love him more every day.
