Aww, Valentine's Day...a day of love and I am completely filled with it! I was so excited to spend the weekend with some of the people I love including my boys and some friends...and the weekend didn't disappoint!
We started out with Graham opening his Valentine's Day present from us...this actually happened on Thursday night because we were home with no plans and knew we'd be out on Friday night. Graham got a choo choo plate, shirt and two new trains. This kid seriously cannot get enough of his choo choos!
Friday night we went to check out the progress on our house before heading to dinner as a family. Once Graham went to bed, Nate and I rented a movie at home...nice and relaxing (and I managed to stay awake for the whole movie - bonus)!
Saturday, Nate and Graham went to Gallatin to watch Cole win his wrestling match (Congrats buddy!!) while I stayed around Kansas City so I could attend a friend's surprise birthday party. With a day by myself, I decided to run to Target - taking my time to look at whatever I wanted - and then went down to the Plaza to have lunch with one of my besties, Sundi, and do a little shopping! That night I went back down to the Plaza to meet two of my other besties - Ashley & Dana - and go to the birthday party. It was great to have a girl's night out, surprising an awesome friend on her birthday and spend some quality time with a couple of my closest girls!
Sunday was the perfect end to our relaxing weekend. We went to lunch with friends, took a nap and spent the evening playing with Aunt Mimi! I love weekends like this!
